Guy and Ginny Hemsley are delighted to introduce The Barn at Newton Park Farm, a unique, family run venue. The stunning, tranquil location and friendly atmosphere make it the perfect venue for a very special wedding day.
Our 'blank canvas' venue is a hidden gem, nestled in the rolling countryside on the borders of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, centrally situated between Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton and Wellingborough. The charming market town of Olney is just five miles away.
A truly breath-taking setting with stunning views and landscaped gardens. Beautifully situated between the lakes, a natural aisle leads to the Wedding Hut offering a glorious location for your Ceremony.
The Tythe Barn can seat up to 110 guests, evening guests are welcome too. The Barn now has the addition of a Marquee which gives additional space for you and your guests. The Newton Bar is attached to the Marquee creating an versatile Reception area providing a link all areas. Both come with atmospheric lighting.
Our bespoke Bar service is supplied in house. We offer a great selection of wine and drinks packages to choose from whilst our team of experienced staff are available to assist you throughout your special day.
You’re welcome to choose your own suppliers for your special day. If you’d prefer, we also have a wonderful list of suppliers who know the venue well and come highly recommended.
The Orchard area provides the perfect backdrop for Reception Drinks and Lawn Games. This space benefits from spectacular views across the garden to the Lakes.
The Venue is licensed for Civil Ceremonies which can be conducted in the Barn or from the Wedding Hut down by the lakes. Celebrant ceremonies are popular too, as are the local churches.

We are Licensed for Civil Ceremonies in the Barn or down by the Lakes in our Wedding Hut - We can also introduce you to Celebrants and point you in the right direction for local Churches.

An Incredible Day
We had the most incredible wedding day at Newton Park Farm. As soon as we arrived for our viewing, we knew it was for us. Ginny was fantastically helpful prior to the event and both Ginny and Guy helped ensure things ran smoothly on the set up day and wedding day. The staff’s service was excellent. The venue is absolutely stunning! We would get married again tomorrow and would choose Newton Park Farm again in a heartbeat!
